MIT

summer housing

The houses of fraternities are relatively well-kept and convenient to public transportation and downtown Boston. The next step for you is to make a few phone calls, see which ones have space available and do some visiting. We strongly urge you to personally see the house before you sign a contract or make a commitment. Most houses require a deposit before they will reserve a room, so keep that in mind. Summer rentals are an agreement between you, the renter, and the fraternity. Neither the Interfraternity Council nor MIT is responsible for summer housing arrangements in MIT fraternities.

For other summer living options, check out the Living Group Council's summer housing page.
